Wuwei 无为 (non-doing) is a Taoist philosophical concept that generally means "no deliberate action."

The watch industry nowadays places a strong emphasis on deliberate details such as movement finishing techniques, special mechanisms, or rare materials. The Wuwei watch is trying to express that even without those deliberate details, a watch could be a good watch. Wuwei emphasises the atmosphere and depth of view of a movement, especially the shapes, silhouette, and proportion of the plates.

Wuwei is not a limited edition. About 20 pieces will be delivered every two years. The serial number will be hand-engraved on the side of the barrel plate.
